Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing DeanaElle. Because each of our items is custom-made and crafted to order, our production process takes a little extra time to ensure the highest quality.

Processing & Production Time

• All orders are processed and handcrafted within 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Your shipping window begins the first business day after your order is placed.

• Please note that "Processing Time" is the time it takes to create your custom item, which is separate from the time it takes for the carrier to deliver it to your door.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your custom piece is finished and packaged, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Delays & High Volume

During high-volume seasons (such as holidays), production may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Important Notes

• Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
